RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, Valley P Beauty does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections made at checkout, or personal preference.
CUSTOM PRESS-ON NAIL SETS
All custom press-on nail sets are made specifically according to the sizing, design selections, inspiration, and customization information submitted with your order. For this reason, custom sets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all sizing information, design selections, add-ons, shipping information, and other customization details before submitting an order. Valley P Beauty is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.
ACRYLIC POWDERS & ACCESSORIES
Acrylic powders, keychains, and other beauty products or accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, is missing an item, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
Damage caused after delivery, normal wear, improper application, improper use, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a product defect.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Because custom orders may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. Once production of a custom order has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact Valley P Beauty using the contact information provided on our website.
